Alternatively, if you can't find this program, you could use Photoshop/GIMP/etc. to emulate the font. All you would need is a combination of Gradient Overlay (if you have gradiented text) and Drop Shadow using the appropriate RPG Maker font. Once you're done setting it up, you could just save a template and use it for the future.
Don't Smoke and Raid - Moronic Forum Edition
Humorous look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZ136zd1m14
Serious response: If marijuana smoke can cause nearby people to get high, then passing the feeling, even in "secluded" public areas (I live near New York City, they are not so secluded), is more dangerous than what regular cigarette smoke could do. Imagine driving near a crew of weed smokers, and suddenly catching a whiff of the happy breeze...

Don't Smoke and Raid - Moronic Forum Edition
Marijuana is not an entirely harmless substance, Tyranos. There are negative consequences to using it, which can definitely accumulate over time. Some of these consequences have been shown to be remarkably similar to those found from using tobacco. I found an interesting article which describes what I'm talking about:
http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/evidence99/marijuana/Health_1.html
Also, the analogy you use is flawed. Eating millions of Whoppers or Big Macs can only negatively affect yourself, while if you smoke weed, there is a chance that you could possibly negatively affect someone else. This is due to second-hand marijuana smoke; the same article reports it to contain several of the same toxins found within tobacco.

Sounds like you've thought out the gameplay and story progression scheme very deeply. Go forth! :)
Also just a note, only your first music link is working. The URL structures for the next three are different, so that may be part of the cause.

So are the topics I make silly?
author=Feldschlacht IV link=topic=3282.msg65130#msg65130 date=1236287674
I dunno this got me thinking because I usually get a lot of flak for some of the topics I try to discuss like 'pumpin iron' and 'gettin babes' or whatever on rpg maker forums.
Is it silly for me to make topics about things like working out, and relationships and such on a RPG Maker forum? I dunno I'm into 'nerdy' things like RM and 'vidya gams' just like anyone else but I never considering it was mutually exclusive to actually doing 'normal people' things like physical fitness and interpersonal relationships. I mean isn't that what forums are for?
Can someone explain the logic against this or what I've been wondering this for a while. It doesn't BOTHER me but I'm genuinely curious how people think about topics like these.
PS. I'm not asking if I make interesting or quality topics; I'm assured that I do. I'm asking if the stuff I like to talk about is mutually exclusive to the hobby we pursue.
Since this seems like a serious question, I'll give you a serious answer. You kinda did put your foot in your mouth when you stated "women like assholes" in the other topic, even if that wasn't your true intention. No, it isn't silly to talk about real-life subjects, but you arguing an erroneous viewpoint with someone more experienced seemed like you trying to duel a trained military soldier, when all you knew was street fighting.
Otherwise, I don't have any real opinion of you yet. I've grown to hate pure bullshit over the years, which is why people can see me responding harshly to certain topics, and on the same token is why I responded harshly to you. It isn't anything personal, but when someone says something foolish, I'm not going to let it go easily. Even I know when I'm wrong, and I admit it, hell sometimes I exacerbate some flame wars on this very forum unintentionally. Why is it that other people cannot admit their errors as well?
I hope that last line illuminates others into how I think.

See what I mean about not knowing when other people are going to jump in...
...?
Could you please elaborate on how exactly I "jumped" in on you? O_o

Wait, what? I was just saying that being told "x doesn't like y for z reason" is helpful because it can help you in future developments. Creators can, of course, always choose to ignore helpful criticism should they so wish.
If you didn't like RTS games, and someone made an RTS game advertisement, how much sense would it make if you posted saying you wouldn't play because you didn't like the RTS genre? Which is pretty much what happened in the DOAD topic, except replace RTS with cutesy anime art. How would it be "helpful criticism" to tell the creator to change the genre he/she created in for future games? It's obvious you had a prejudice before the game was ever made known. Nothing helpful could've been gained from that, because it defeated the entire purpose of advertising the game in the first place.
If you didn't mind the graphical style, but there were certain consistency and/or "weird" errors in the sprites/drawings such as strange body parts or color clashes, then yes, commenting on those would've been helpful criticism. In fact, that was done in the topic in reference to the HUD, and the reactions to those were positive. However, the problems began when that was completely dodged, and the art style itself was attacked. Which eventually led to the fallacy described in the above paragraph.
No, the artist just posted a game-topic without any specific request for any specific type of feedback. The feedback then happened to focus on the anime artwork. If someone makes a topic specifically stating that they want feedback on the gameplay then, yeah, going onto a slant about other parts of the game is slightly off-topic (but should still be expected).
You've misunderstood Mayor's statement. Refer to the above; the target genre/style is separate from the artwork (content) and gameplay. Also, ask yourself this: Who would really restrict incoming criticism like this? Commenting on a game involves giving criticism to all aspects, as they're all interconnected, example being the HUD and its interactive design. As long as you give criticism that helps, then there should not be any problem.

Bad points of one big 'inside' map for towns
In RMVX/XP, this kind of mapping is more or less required, as Enterbrain lowered the map maximum from 9999 to...999. Unless you use a disc changer-style script, if you want to make a sufficiently long RPG with a lot of areas, you're going to have to do it this way.
